Senior Web Producer
📍 Location: Remote, USA 💻 Work Arrangement: Remote
About the Role
The Senior Web Producer is responsible for managing the production and delivery of website content and digital experiences that support marketing programs, campaigns, products, and corporate communications. This role translates approved business, content, and creative requirements into structured web experiences and coordinates cross-functional activities through publication and post-launch optimization.
This is a role for someone who brings strong digital production expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder web projects from brief to launch — while contributing to the growth and quality of a high-performing web team.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Manage the end-to-end production and publication of web pages, landing pages, campaign experiences, product content, customer stories, forms, and related digital content — translating approved briefs, copy, creative assets, and business requirements into well-structured web experiences using established templates and components.
- Develop production plans, coordinate dependencies, and manage web deliverables through stakeholder review, approval, publication, and post-launch validation — building and updating complex web pages within the content management system in accordance with publishing processes, brand standards, and digital governance requirements.
- Perform quality assurance testing across supported devices and browsers — including content, links, layout, forms, metadata, accessibility, and responsive behavior — while applying established SEO, accessibility, analytics, privacy, and content-governance practices throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, product marketing, communications, SEO, analytics, and development teams — coordinating web production activities for campaign launches, website releases, content migrations, localization workflows, and time-sensitive updates to deliver integrated digital experiences.
- Analyze available website data and stakeholder feedback — recommending improvements to content quality, usability, conversion performance, and production processes, and identifying and resolving moderately complex publishing issues while coordinating the escalation of technical defects to development teams as needed.
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members — maintaining production schedules, documentation, status updates, content inventories, and launch records, and contributing to the overall growth and quality excellence of the web production organization.
Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5 or more years of experience in web production, web content management, digital marketing, or a related field — and strong experience using an enterprise or component-based content management system.
- Strong understanding of website structure, page templates, components, metadata, forms, and responsive design — with working knowledge of HTML and CSS and a solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, accessibility standards, and website quality assurance practices.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills — with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple web projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills — demonstrating a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact, applied successfully within a team as well as with other areas of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with limited oversight — with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment while maintaining Microsoft Windows and Office proficiency.
What We'd Like to See
- Experience coordinating web production activities for complex campaign launches, website releases, content migrations, and localization workflows — with a strong track record of delivering integrated digital experiences on time and within scope.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze website data and stakeholder feedback — translating findings into actionable recommendations that improve content quality, usability, and conversion performance.
- Experience maintaining production schedules, documentation, content inventories, and launch records — with strong organizational skills and a commitment to digital governance and publishing process integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve moderately complex publishing issues — with experience coordinating the escalation of technical defects to development teams and ensuring timely resolution.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members — contributing to the overall growth and quality of the web production organization through knowledge sharing and best practice development.
