Solution Engineer (Atlassian)

About the Role
The Solution Engineer is responsible for delivering professional solutions to business stakeholders by translating business process requirements into a technical solution through design, implementation, testing, and training. In this role, you'll partner closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable, well-documented solutions that drive real impact.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Design, prototype, and build business solutions following best practices to meet stakeholder needs.
- Perform business analysis to gather information about business processes and customer needs from key stakeholders.
- Test business solutions to ensure performance is as designed and resolve any identified issues.
- Develop and support migration plans for business solutions across environments, guiding stakeholders throughout the process.
- Document solutions and compose training materials; conduct training sessions for end users and transition key information to the support team.
- Identify enhancements and process improvements to evolve product and solution functionality.

Role Essentials
You'll need to have these skills to be considered for this role.
- Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions.
- Proficiency with relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as C#, Apex, or Python.
- Strong business analysis skills, including documenting functional requirements.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

- Experience composing and presenting business analysis documentation for stakeholder validation and approval.
