  • Microsoft Office
  • SaaS Software Solutions
  • Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Lead the development and execution of specific contractual agreements, enablement, and business plans — successfully marketing and deploying company industry solutions while monitoring and reporting on partner ecosystem performance, including identification of appropriate partner coverage and industry or geography requirements.
  • Partner with marketing to support go-to-market efforts — providing input to the development of sales collateral and events targeted to relevant markets while leveraging strong knowledge of SaaS software solutions or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to drive partner adoption and ecosystem growth.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and creativity to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners — applying strong facilitation and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while effectively gaining consensus across all levels of the organization.
  • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members — contributing to the continuous improvement and professional development of the team while providing feedback to leadership on team member abilities and fostering a high-performing, collaborative partner development culture.

Role Essentials

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience — with significant experience in sales, business development, strategic alliances, or product marketing and a proven track record of starting, developing, and monetizing partner alliances
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS software solutions or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) — with the ability to leverage industry expertise to drive partner ecosystem growth, revenue generation, and new market entry across ISV, VAR, OEM, and SI partner types
  • Strong oral and written communication skills — with a professional demeanor, the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact, and demonstrated ability to compose and present information and ideas in group settings across all levels of the organization
  • Strong facilitation and project management skills — with demonstrated ability to think critically, be creative, and influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others — with effective consensus-building skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain solid rapport with team members and professionalism with those outside of the department; up to 25% travel time required
