About the Role

The Marketing Demand Operations Technology Administrator is an individual contributor within Hyland's Demand Operations function, responsible for the administration, execution, maintenance, and operational support of demand and engagement technologies across the revenue technology ecosystem.

This role supports the day-to-day reliability of demand generation operations through system administration, troubleshooting, documentation, and process execution — operating within established governance, operational standards, and documented processes. If you are detail-oriented, technically curious, and thrive in a structured, process-driven environment, this role is for you.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Execute and maintain demand and engagement tooling in accordance with established operational standards, documented processes, and governance requirements, ensuring data quality and operational consistency across the revenue technology ecosystem.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot operational issues across supported platforms, documenting findings, implementing approved solutions where appropriate, and escalating risks or architectural concerns to the right stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support engagement workflows across Qualified (chatbots and conversational engagement), gifting platforms, and 1:1 or account-based outreach workflows enabled by 6sense and Qualified, ensuring accurate and consistent execution.
  • Perform defined execution-level tasks in Marketo under direction from the Demand Ops Technology Admin; identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and recommend solutions for evaluation and prioritization.
  • Complete work through established intake, tracking, and prioritization systems — primarily Workfront and JIRA — while creating and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in Confluence related to demand processes, tool execution, cleanups, and recurring operational tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with Demand Ops leadership, business stakeholders, and senior technical resources to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and adherence to established governance, documentation, and operational standards across the demand technology ecosystem.

  2. Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and demand generation technologies, with demonstrated ability to support day-to-day administration, operational execution, and system maintenance across a revenue technology ecosystem.
  3. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues across marketing and demand technology platforms, documenting findings and escalating risks or architectural concerns as appropriate.
  4. Strong documentation, organizational, and process management skills; exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities within established deadlines and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in Confluence.
  5. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently within established processes, governance models, and operational frameworks, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to support shared initiatives.
