  • Provide day-to-day support to internal users on the use of marketing technologies, while maintaining regular communication with vendor representatives to address current and anticipated needs
  • Conduct regular audits of data within assigned systems to uphold best practices and recommend process improvements
  • Monitor systems and technologies to proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement across architectures, implementations, licensing, and workflows

  • Stay current on marketing technology trends and act as a liaison for contracted employees operating within the marketing operations and strategy team

  • Proven ability to work with system data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with professionalism and tact
  • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflict, navigate negotiations, and drive collaborative outcomes

Bonus points if you bring these to the table:
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms and SaaS-based solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling, informative presentations to diverse audiences
  • Strong business and technology acumen, including fiscal accountability in managing project-related budgets
  • Proven ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and cross-functional business partners
  • A track record of successful collaboration across teams and departments, with a proactive and organized approach to multi-tasking
