About the Role

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies that create, accelerate, and measure pipeline growth within assigned regions, industries, or market segments. This role owns end-to-end demand generation planning and performance — utilizing digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, nurture programs, partner programs, SDR alignment, content activation, and field marketing integration.

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is accountable for pipeline performance, forecasting, optimization, and revenue impact — while serving as a strategic advisor and thought leader across the marketing organization. This is a role for someone who brings a data-driven mindset, strong cross-functional instincts, and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives — owning demand strategy for assigned regions, industries, or market segments and building quarterly and annual pipeline generation plans that proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Design and execute integrated demand programs utilizing digital campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, ABM, partner programs, and sales activation motions — leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, scale, and performance across the buyer journey.
  • Monitor pipeline health and recommend actions to improve performance and conversion rates — operating with full accountability for measurable pipeline contribution, forecasting, optimization, and business outcomes.
  • Partner directly with Sales counterparts, SDRs, Account Executives, and Partner teams to align marketing investments with business priorities — participating in pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, account planning, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, Campaigns, and Corporate Marketing teams to maximize pipeline performance — establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure demand generation effectiveness and drive optimization through testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor and innovative thought leader — mentoring, coaching, and training team members, providing feedback to leadership on team capabilities, and contributing significantly to the overall growth and quality of the marketing organization.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience and 3+ years in demand generation, revenue marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or ABM.
  • Proven success partnering with Sales to achieve pipeline and revenue goals — with the ability to align marketing investments to business priorities across assigned regions, industries, or market segments.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing technologies to manage, report, and optimize demand generation program performance.
  • Strong communication, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills — with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations clearly to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor — with accountability for measurable pipeline contribution, end-to-end demand generation planning, and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

What We'd Like to See

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve marketing effectiveness, scale targeting, and enhance personalization across the buyer journey.
  • Experience deploying and optimizing campaign playbooks in partnership with global campaigns teams — tailoring execution for specific audiences, regions, or market needs.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train marketing team members — contributing to knowledge sharing, capability building, and the evolution of demand generation best practices.
  • Experience participating in pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, account planning, and quarterly business reviews — bringing actionable demand insights and recommendations to revenue leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to activate marketing tactics across the full buyer journey — from awareness and engagement through opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration.
