As a Director, Product Marketing, you'll lead a high-performing team of marketers shaping how the world understands and values Hyland's portfolio. Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
- Define and guide differentiated messaging and positioning for Hyland's product portfolio in partnership with product management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, ideal customer profiles, and persona-based messaging to drive revenue growth.
- Plan and execute product and solution launches with cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Partner with sales enablement to ensure teams are equipped with effective messaging, tools, and market insights.
- Lead department-level strategic planning and portfolio oversight of product marketing programs and initiatives.
- Coach, develop, and retain top talent — identifying future leaders and fostering a high-performance team culture.
Role Essentials — What You'll Need to Bring
- 10+ years of experience in B2B product or solution marketing, including direct team leadership.
- Experience in enterprise software markets such as content management or process automation.
- Strong ability to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience using data-driven approaches to measure, optimize, and improve marketing performance.

- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience engaging with industry analysts to shape market perception and positioning.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools, platforms, and practices.
- Ability to operate effectively and drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
