Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose complex organizational challenges and identify root causes
Translate business strategy into practical people structure and capability solutions
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to align priorities support decision-making and build commitment
Support and contribute to organizational design initiatives including team structures role clarity and ways of working
Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to implement change strategies that enable adoption and minimize disruption
Support leaders in navigating change through communication engagement and reinforcement approaches
Lead the execution of enterprise or large-scale initiatives aligned to business priorities
Manage end-to-end delivery including planning communication coordination and measurement of outcomes
Evaluate initiative effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on feedback data and evolving needs
Leverage talent engagement performance and workforce data to identify trends and risks
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance retention and organizational effectiveness
Contribute to workforce planning efforts including skills mobility and organizational health
Apply best practices and contribute to development of tools templates and methodologies
Stay current on emerging trends (e.g. talent AI organizational development) and incorporate insights into work
Mentor and support junior team members to strengthen team capability and consistency
Significant experience in organizational development talent management human resources or a related field
Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leaders (Director–VP level)
Experience collaborating with HR Business Partners or equivalent roles to support business needs
Experience supporting complex organization-wide initiatives
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with ability to translate insights into action
Experience with change management and organizational effectiveness practices
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
Proven ability to analyze data and apply insights to business challenges
Advanced degree in Organizational Development Industrial/Organizational Psychology HR or related field
Experience with talent management processes (performance succession development planning workforce planning)
Experience supporting organizational design or transformation initiatives
Familiarity with AI tools adoption strategies or technology-enabled workforce transformation
Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and data/reporting tools
Certifications in relevant areas (e.g. change management coaching organizational development)
