Associate Solution Consultant

Location: Kolkata / Hyderabad, India 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office | Remote options available


About the Role

As an Associate Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of customer solutions. Operating under the guidance of senior team members, you will contribute to proactive system management, documentation, and customer support while continuously building your technical and consultative skills. This role is ideal for an emerging professional who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about delivering stable, optimized solutions that make a real difference for customers.


Your Role Responsibilities – Here's What You'll Do

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from customers under the guidance of senior consultants; participate in solution design discussions as an active learner and contributor
  • Support the configuration and implementation of solutions based on defined design; conduct testing of configured solutions and help resolve issues in collaboration with team members
  • Perform daily system administration activities including health checks, system monitoring, alert setup, issue identification, and proactive resolution to ensure system stability, performance, and availability for customers
  • Create and maintain high-quality solution and operational documentation; convert technical work into structured, accurate documentation with guidance, including the use of AI tools where applicable
  • Support customer interactions alongside senior consultants; assist in preparing and delivering training materials, walkthroughs, and foundational relationship-building with customer stakeholders
  • Assist with deployment and migration of solutions into production environments; support post-go-live activities, customer stabilization efforts, and upgrade planning and execution

Role Essentials – What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with foundational knowledge of databases, system architecture, or scripting and configuration tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively with guidance
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of assigned tasks and documentation

What We'd Like to See – Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with solution configuration, enterprise software platforms, or application development tools
  • Experience with technical documentation, knowledge base contributions, or process guides
  • Basic understanding of scripting or automation tools for configuration and system management
  • Experience supporting customer-facing activities such as training, walkthroughs, or requirements gathering
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders in a remote or hybrid environment
