Senior Developer

Location: Hyderabad Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office

About the Role

The Senior Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do

• Design and develop complex code based on functional specifications, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards.
• Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications, ensuring consistent adherence to requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead complex peer code reviews and provide strategic insight on the broader impact of software changes across the product.
• Drive the implementation of delivery pipelines, including test automation, security, and performance practices.
• Research and resolve complex escalations for production and software code issues to ensure ongoing application stability.
• Mentor, coach, and provide actionable feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Role Essentials — What You Bring

• Strong experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Significant experience developing applications using one or more general-purpose programming languages such as C++, C#, .NET, or Java.
• Experience developing RESTful web services (REST/POST).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and Docker.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.

• Experience working in Windows and/or Linux environments using open-source tools and platforms.
