Your role responsibilities? Here's what you'll do
- Partner closely with Line of Business (LOB)–aligned HR Business Partners and regional senior leaders to align talent, organizational, and workforce strategies with business objectives, ensuring clarity of roles, handoffs, and decision ownership across intersecting parts of the business.
- Bring forward regional insights — including labor market trends, regulatory landscape, and talent availability — to inform and shape broader people strategies in partnership with LOB HRBPs and business leaders.
- Align with LOB HRBPs to execute region-specific organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives, including restructures, role clarity, capacity planning, and future-state workforce modeling across assigned geographies.
- Coach and advise regional senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, performance management, and talent decisions, coordinating with LOB HRBPs to support succession planning and leadership readiness for critical roles.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for regional labor law expertise and risk mitigation, owning end-to-end HR delivery across assigned geographies and balancing global standards with local employment laws, market realities, and cultural norms.
- Lead complex, multi-country employee matters and enterprise-wide HR initiatives — including culture, engagement, leadership frameworks, and workforce transformation — ensuring disciplined, compliant execution and effective regional adoption.
Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience including significant senior HR Business Partner or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting leaders across multiple countries and regions, with exposure to differing employment laws, cultures, and workforce models.
- Proven success operating in global, matrixed environments, partnering with both local leaders and global HR teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end outcomes.
- Strong experience across multiple HR disciplines, including organizational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
- Excellent judgment and discretion when navigating complex, high-risk people decisions, with advanced consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
What We'd Like to See
- Strong executive presence and credibility with senior leaders across geographies, with the ability to influence outcomes through expertise and partnership rather than formal authority.
- Strategic, systems-oriented thinking with the ability to balance global consistency with local nuance across diverse regional populations.
- Experience applying advanced organizational development and change management practices to support transformation, growth, and operating model evolution.
- Data-informed decision-making approach, with demonstrated comfort navigating ambiguity and scale in a complex global environment.
- Experience leading or contributing to enterprise-wide HR initiatives including culture, engagement, DEI, and workforce transformation programs.
