As a Senior Product UX Designer specializing in Automation and AI, you'll sit at the heart of Hyland's AI-powered automation suite — shaping how customers harness intelligent agents, AI-driven document processing, and automated workflows across the Content Innovation Cloud (CIC).
You'll design the experiences that turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into approachable, powerful tools, helping customers go from ideas to working solutions with minimal effort. We're looking for a designer who thrives in complex environments, proactively identifies opportunities for greater cohesion, and takes initiative. You'll have a strong voice in the work and partner with designers, product managers, and engineers who are deeply knowledgeable in their craft.
