About the Role
Hyland's HR organization has grown significantly, and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, people-first team. As an HR Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting internal HR initiatives — managing smaller-scale projects that keep the organization running smoothly and allow senior HR partners to focus on strategic, high-complexity work.
This is a development-focused role with built-in mentorship, real ownership from day one, and a clear path for growth. If you're an early-career PM with strong coordination instincts, a high ownership mindset, and a passion for HR-driven work — this role was designed for you.

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IS, and other internal teams to track timelines, deliverables, and execution against project scope
- Create and maintain project documentation including charters, project plans, and status reports that keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
- Facilitate organized and engaging project meetings, proactively surfacing risks, issues, and resolutions to keep initiatives on track
- Develop and execute communication plans that deliver timely and clear updates to all identified audiences
- Support risk management and change control processes while building trusted, collaborative relationships across the organization

- Background in or exposure to tech or software company environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and trustworthy — someone who earns trust through consistent delivery and strong interpersonal skills
