About the Role

The Associate Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving long-term customer success and the adoption of Hyland's products and services across a defined set of customers and/or partners. This role serves as a primary point of contact, championing the customer relationship and ensuring they consistently realize value from their Hyland investment.

 

This role is remote in Brazil


Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Drive retention and growth by serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle — from contract signature through renewal and expansion.
  • Monitor customer health, proactively identifying and escalating risks to leadership while partnering on timely, effective interventions.
  • Champion customers internally by advocating for their product feature priorities and collaborating with the product team to help influence the roadmap.
  • Partner with customer care advocates to manage critical escalations, keeping leadership informed as needed.
  • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring they continuously realize measurable value from Hyland's solutions.
  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to fellow team members, contributing to a culture of shared accountability and success.

Role Essentials

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a demonstrated ability to build trust and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a professional and tactful approach to all interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize both team members and business partners toward shared goals.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.

What We'd Like to See

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office suite, and general software technology.
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize large volumes of information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion, tact, and sound judgment.
  • Business and technology acumen, with flexibility to support up to 25% travel as needed.
