Associate Solutions Consultant

Location: Remote, India | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

About This Role

Hyland is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to join our professional services team, providing consulting services with the overall objective of designing and implementing software solutions for our customers. In this role, you will work alongside senior team members to gather business and technical requirements, configure solutions, conduct training, and support customers through implementation and migration. Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Observe and assist senior team members as they perform requirements analysis, gathering information about business process and technical requirements from key client stakeholders; compose and deliver documentation outlining requirements for configuring the solution.
• Build solutions as designed by senior team members, including configuring the company's application development tools with direct oversight; test the configured solution to ensure it is functioning as designed and work with team members to resolve any issues.
• Participate in solution design with oversight from senior team members; develop plans for migration and support customers throughout the migration process into production environments.
• Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for customers with direct oversight from team members; transition key information to the company's technical support team to ensure continued successful customer support.
• Assist with upgrade plans and execution of upgrades to newer versions; assist with demonstrating the configured solution or prototypes of the solution to customers.
• Apply sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive successful customer outcomes.

Role Essentials

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.
• Strong communication skills — able to speak and write with ease, clarity, and impact using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience.
• Thorough investigative and analytical skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to obtain quality information from key client stakeholders.
• Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Solid collaboration skills applied successfully within the team as well as with other areas; self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner.

• Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidance in a client-facing environment.
• Experience configuring software solutions and application development tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to compose clear and concise technical documentation, training materials, and requirements documentation for diverse audiences.
• Experience participating in solution design, migration planning, and execution in a consulting or implementation environment.
• Comfort with approximately 30% annualized travel, with flexibility for additional travel based on unique customer circumstances.
