The Provisioning Specialist is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer.
Responsibilities
Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders, generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognition
Fulfill license requests from various internal departments
Fulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policy
Assist with other team member assignments.
Provide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as needed

Basic Qualifications
High School diploma, or equivalent
Experience in a customer support or software licensing role
Detail oriented; regularly verifies all work thoroughly and efficiently to ensure accuracy
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Attention to detail
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Up to 5% travel time required
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
