The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing consulting services with the overall objective of designing and implementing software solutions for customers. In this role, you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, configure tailored solutions, and ensure successful customer outcomes.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's what you'll do.
- Observe and support senior team members in conducting requirements analysis, gathering business process and technical requirements from key client stakeholders.
- Compose and deliver documentation outlining solution configuration requirements, with direct oversight from senior team members.
- Build and configure solutions using the company's application development tools as designed by senior team members.
- Test configured solutions to verify they function as designed and collaborate with team members to resolve any identified issues.
- Develop migration plans and support customers through the execution of migrations into production environments.
- Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for customers with direct oversight from team members.
Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases
- Ability to communicate with ease, clarity, and impact — adapting style to the subject and audience
- Strong investigative and analytical skills with the ability to ask probing questions and gather quality information
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with flexibility for unique customer circumstances
What We'd Like to See
- Experience with Java programming language
- Familiarity with JSON data formats and structures
- Knowledge of CSS and front-end web styling
- Demonstrated collaboration skills applied within teams and across cross-functional areas
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage and complete projects on time
