Why join Hyland?

Hyland is a global software company that builds enterprise‑scale products.

Here’s what usually matters most to engineers who join us:

  • Long‑term, meaningful products

  • High engineering standards - but no process for the sake of process

  • Real trust: flexibility, autonomy, no micromanagement

  • Investment in growth - learning is part of the job, not an “extra”

This is a place where experienced engineers have space to think, not just deliver tickets.

Why join Kuba’s team?

➡️ We deliver applications in a true end‑to‑end model - from frontend development, through cloud‑based services, to on‑premise solutions.
We focus exclusively on modern technologies, with no legacy frameworks involved (the lowest .NET version we use is .NET 8).
This project is a key pillar of Hyland’s long‑term strategy, built to last and grow over time.

Project - what you’ll actually work on

➡️ The Content Federation Service enables Hyland Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) services to connect with customer data-whether it's organised or unorganised-across various repositories and networks, no matter what application is used or how it's set up. Engineers working on Content Federation Services link cloud-based CIC systems with customers' on-premise environments to create fast, secure connections and let Hyland AI analyse customer data effectively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and developing production‑grade features using C#, .NET Core and TypeScript
  • Translating business needs into clean, maintainable technical solutions
  • Actively contributing to architectural and design discussions
  • Writing automated tests as a natural part of development
  • Reviewing code with a quality‑first, supportive mindset
  • Helping shape CI/CD pipelines and engineering standards
  • Investigating and resolving complex production issues when they arise
  • Sharing knowledge, mentoring and being a technical partner for the team

What we’re looking for

  • Strong, practical experience with C#/.NET Core and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of backend + frontend collaboration
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS, containers and cloud‑native tooling
  • Comfort working with Angular, GraphQL and REST APIs
  • Experience with modern DevOps tooling (Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Helm)
  • A testing mindset - you don’t ship code you don’t trust
  • English at B2+ level - used naturally in daily work
  • A pragmatic, problem‑solving approach and ownership mentality
