Sales Development Representative - DACH Healthcare

Location: Remote - EMEA Work Type: Remote

About the Role

Hyland is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team as an inside sales professional focused on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification within the Healthcare industry across the DACH market. In this role, you will connect with as many leads as possible to determine if they are a strong customer fit for the organization, while partnering closely with account managers and cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth. If you're an energetic, curious, and self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities — we'd love to hear from you.

Here's What You'll Do

  • Initiate discovery calls to qualified lead prospects with the assistance of the account manager; gather information, assess needs, educate on suitable product offerings, and determine the viability of a sale within the DACH Healthcare market.
  • Maintain purposeful, regular contact with identified prospects to add value and drive the sale forward through emails, phone calls, and other relevant activities.
  • Generate new qualified lead prospects by developing a target list of customers and executing calling and email campaigns across the DACH region.
  • Partner with Field Representatives and cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns, leveraging a multi-tactical technology stack to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Participate in events, make contact with potential customers at trade show booths, and ensure proper lead follow-up; accompany account managers to onsite customer meetings as needed.
  • Participate in transition calls with account managers when a potential customer moves from lead to genuine sales opportunity, and support the review and evaluation of requests for proposals.

Role Essentials

  1. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; this role covers the DACH market and requires confident communication with German-speaking customers and prospects.
  2. Proven inside sales experience with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport, qualify leads, and drive opportunities forward, ideally within the Healthcare industry.
  3. Strong communication skills — speaks and writes with ease, clarity, and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and audience.
  4. Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm; able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with a curiosity and aptitude for technology and strong business acumen.

What We'd Like to See

  1. Experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment with familiarity in healthcare industry terminology and workflows.
  2. Experience using CRM tools for pipeline tracking and activity logging; comfortable leveraging a multi-tactical technology stack for outreach and prospecting.
  3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with broader team goals and organizational priorities.
  4. Experience working across European markets, particularly within DACH; additional European language skills are a strong plus.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on commitments.
