Currently we are looking for the position of Learning System Specilaist 3



The Learning Systems Specialist 3 is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for the administration optimization and ongoing evolution of the company’s learning management system (LMS) and broader learning ecosystem. This role serves as the primary LMS owner for Learning & Organizational Development enabling scalable data-driven and personalized learning experiences across the organization. The Learning Systems Specialist 3 partners closely with L&D Program Managers compliance and HR stakeholders and regional teams to support enterprise learning delivery system automation skills-based learning architecture and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • LMS Governance & Administration: Own end-to-end administration and governance of the LMS ensuring system reliability data integrity secure global access and scalable configuration across the enterprise.
  • Training Team Enablement: Serve as the primary LMS partner for enterprise training teams supporting course imports curriculum setup automated enrollments and ongoing system optimization to enable scalable program delivery across the organization.
  • Learning Experience Optimization: Continuously optimize the learner experience by leveraging automation AI-enabled LMS features and a skills-aligned learning architecture to support personalized learning journeys.
  • Workflow Automation & Integrations: Design and maintain LMS workflows integrations and templates that automate program operations and enable Program Managers to launch and manage initiatives efficiently.
  • Program & Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent L&D initiatives including system enhancements global program rollouts and compliance activities ensuring timelines quality and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Data Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into learner engagement compliance and program effectiveness.
  • Compliance Training Administration: Partner with HR and compliance stakeholders to administer mandatory training programs ensure accurate tracking and audit readiness and support regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Skills & Learning Architecture: Partner with Learning and Talent stakeholders to support the development and maintenance of a skills taxonomy aligned to learning objects curriculums and programs—enabling skills-based discovery personalization and reporting.
  • Regional Learning Support: Partner with regional stakeholders in India to support the execution of global learning programs while adapting delivery to local needs.
  • Facilitation & Program Delivery: Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions and support learner engagement across regional and global audiences.
  • Operational Agility: Respond quickly to shifting business priorities urgent training needs and system issues while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
  • Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development with 3+ years in LMS administration (e.g. Cornerstone or similar enterprise LMS).
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of e‑learning standards and technologies (SCORM xAPI) and ability to troubleshoot technical issues across browsers and regions.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards to track learning activity and effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to shift between technical tasks and learner‑facing work.
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills and confidence in virtual or in-personal training environments.
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled learning tools and LMS features.
  • Experience supporting learning programs in a global or regional context.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery approaches.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
  • Strong leadership sound judgement and business acumen skills
