- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development with 3+ years in LMS administration (e.g. Cornerstone or similar enterprise LMS).
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of e‑learning standards and technologies (SCORM xAPI) and ability to troubleshoot technical issues across browsers and regions.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards to track learning activity and effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to shift between technical tasks and learner‑facing work.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills and confidence in virtual or in-personal training environments.
- Exposure to AI‑enabled learning tools and LMS features.
- Experience supporting learning programs in a global or regional context.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and system integrations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery approaches.
- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
