Overview

The Cloud Support Analyst is responsible for responding to, and resolving customer requests for assistance with technical issues related to their solution.

 

You’ll be part of an open-source-focused team that works closely with Engineering and R&D, helping troubleshoot issues, understand how software is built and deployed, and grow technical skills over time.
 
This is a Hybrid role from our Sao Paulo Office (Vila Olimpia).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support requests and manage cases end‑to‑end using internal systems
  • Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues using logs, basic scripts, and system information
  • Communicate case status and updates clearly and professionally in English
  • Identify potential software defects and escalate them to technical teams when needed
  • Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to internal knowledge resources
  • Work closely with developers and technical staff to understand root causes and solutions
  • Learn by doing - this role involves frequent hands‑on problem solving

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong desire to learn and dig into technical problems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to follow instructions, read logs, and explain what you observe
  • Basic understanding of how software or systems work (academic, self-taught, or practical experience is fine)
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Tenacity and curiosity - troubleshooting often requires persistence
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
  • Exposure to databases (e.g., understanding what a query looks like, reading simple queries)
  • Introductory development or scripting experience
  • Familiarity with open-source software or open standards
  • Experience from coursework, bootcamps, labs, hackathons, or personal projects
