About This Role

The VP, Corporate Strategy is responsible for driving the company's enterprise strategy and long-term growth agenda, including defining and leading the strategic vision and measuring performance against organizational goals. This position manages a team of corporate strategy professionals who lead market analysis, strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and executive decision support. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role partners with senior leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Set and drive enterprise strategy by translating data, market intelligence, and business performance into clear, actionable recommendations that inform executive and Board decision-making, long-term planning, portfolio prioritization, and capital investment decisions.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the executive team by leading high-impact initiatives and transformation efforts including M&A assessments, partnerships, and enterprise change programs, and by delivering executive- and Board-level narratives that synthesize complex insights into decisive action.
  • Anticipate emerging trends, industry shifts, and competitive dynamics to proactively shape strategy, strengthen market positioning, and drive cross-functional execution that enhances organizational agility and long-term value creation.
  • Provide managerial direction and oversee all aspects of performance management for direct reports; develop future leaders, build a high-performing strategy team, and serve as the final escalation point for the highest-priority issues.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 13+ years of experience in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of prior management experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability in managing budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership, sound judgment, and business acumen, with the ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact; exceptional ability to develop, use, and deliver engaging, informative, and compelling presentation methodologies.
  • Exceptional collaboration, facilitation, and project management skills; ability to establish rapport, gain trust, and drive consensus across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
