The Renewals Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the operational foundation of Hyland’s Renewals organization. This internship offers hands‑on experience across reporting, Salesforce data management, forecasting support, and process improvement. You’ll partner closely with the Renewals Operations lead to strengthen daily workflows, improve data accuracy, and help build scalable systems and documentation that enable the team’s long‑term growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, problem‑solving, and learning how revenue operations functions within a SaaS environment.
Assist with daily exceptions management, including identifying issues, investigating root causes, and updating Salesforce records.
Support forecasting activities by maintaining accurate renewal data and tracking key metrics.
Contribute to territory and account data hygiene to ensure clean, reliable reporting.
Build and maintain recurring reports that help the Renewals team understand performance and trends.
Support daily and weekly reporting needs to improve visibility into renewals activity and operational workload.
Assist with Salesforce transformation initiatives, including ticket testing, documentation updates, and user communication.
Help develop standardized processes such as Jira intake, task tracking, and workflow documentation.
Contribute to building out Confluence pages, operational playbooks, and process resources.
Support onboarding and training efforts by helping maintain training materials and weekly enablement content.
Organize and update internal resources that help the Renewals team work more efficiently.
Partner with Sales Ops, CS Ops, and other internal teams to align on shared processes and company initiatives.
Participate in meetings and discussions that provide exposure to how different operational teams support the revenue engine.
Interest in revenue operations, business operations, or data‑driven roles.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, especially Salesforce and Jira.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
