Currently we are looking For Developer 2 for Hyderabad Location.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a mid-level developer to join our engineering team. You will work across a mix of modern and legacy systems, taking ownership of features from requirements through delivery. The role involves both greenfield development and maintaining established codebases, so versatility matters.

Our team works with a daily standup and async communication. We value autonomy and results-driven work.

Technology Stack

You will work across multiple projects with varying stacks. Core technologies include:

Category Technologies

Backend .NET (C#), Entity Framework, SQL Server, Oracle

Frontend Angular (various versions), TypeScript, HTML/CSS

Legacy VB.NET, VB6, Classic ASP, ODBC-based systems

DevOps Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps

Database SQL Server, Oracle, Entity Framework migrations

 

You are not expected to be an expert in every technology listed above, but you must demonstrate ability to learn and adapt quickly. Prior experience with at least .NET and one frontend framework is required.

What You Will Actually Do

• Build and maintain features across backend and frontend, working from functional specs and direct collaboration with the product team

• Debug and troubleshoot production issues independently, including in legacy codebases you did not write

• Write meaningful automated tests (unit, integration) before submitting code for review

• Perform code reviews for peers and provide constructive, specific feedback

• Work with legacy VB and Classic ASP systems: read, understand, and modify code that may be 15+ years old

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, build automation, and deployment processes

• Identify technical debt and propose refactoring strategies with clear justification

• Communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions clearly in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional development experience with .NET/C# in production environments

• Strong experience with at least one frontend framework (Angular preferred, React acceptable)

• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (not just ORM magic)

• Demonstrated ability to work with legacy/unfamiliar codebases

• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing

• English communication: ability to participate in daily standups, write clear PR descriptions, and explain technical decisions in writing

• Self-driven: you identify problems and fix them without being told

Strong Plus

• Experience with Entity Framework (Code First and Database First)

• Familiarity with VB.NET or VB6 legacy systems

• Docker and containerization experience

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Background in enterprise/SaaS product development

Hiring Process

Stage Format What We Evaluate

1 Take-Home Task Practical coding assignment (~4-6 hours). Submit with your application. No task = no interview.

2 Code Review We review your submission for code quality, testing approach, architecture decisions, and communication.

3 Technical Interview Live session: walkthrough of your solution, debugging exercise, system design discussion. 60-90 min.

4 Team Fit Conversation with the team about work style, communication, and expectations.
