The Partner Operations Intern plays a key role in supporting the systems, data, and processes that power Hyland’s global partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, improving data quality, and helping large programs run smoothly. You’ll work closely with Partner Operations, Enablement, and Governance teams to ensure our partner platforms, content, and reporting are accurate, consistent, and ready for scale.
This internship offers hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level partner programs, exposure to cross‑functional teams, and the opportunity to build highly transferable skills in operations, analytics, and program management.
Clean, validate, and standardize partner and contact data across PRM and partner surveys
Maintain trackers, logs, supporting evidence, and audit trails
Support PRM testing, including workflows, content, links, emails, and picklists
Create short “how‑to” materials for common PRM tasks
Assist with Partner Locator setup (if enabled)
Catalogue partner‑facing content across Highspot, Community, Portal, and PRM
Identify duplicated, outdated, or missing partner content
Track updates and ensure consistency across all program documents
Maintain governance artifacts and decision‑gate status logs
Track enablement completions, certifications, QBR actions, and escalations (facts only)
Support scorecard data hygiene (no scoring or decision‑making)
Compile partner performance KPIs and support KPI dictionary development
Clean and summarize Partner Survey data
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing data
Basic analytics and reporting capability (Excel, Sheets, or similar)
Ability to organize and document complex information clearly
Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools (PRMs, portals, content platforms)
