Currently we are looking for a Technical Trainer 3 for Hyderabad Location.

 

 

Technical Trainer 3 is an engineering enablement professional responsible for designing and delivering advanced technical learning experiences for internal engineering, architecture, cloud, and product teams. This role supports multi-stack development environments and focuses on modern engineering practices, artificial intelligence integration, and secure software development.

This position operates as a trusted technical learning advisor and collaborates closely with engineering leaders to align enablement with evolving platforms, cloud environments, AI, and security strategies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Technical Enablement

  • Design and deliver advanced technical training across multiple technology stacks and modern development ecosystems.
  • Develop programs that support cloud-native architectures, AI-enabled workflows, secure coding, and compliance-aligned development practices.
  • Translate complex architectural, AI, and cybersecurity concepts into applied, hands-on learning experiences.

AI and Cybersecurity Integration

  • Create enablement programs that support responsible AI usage, AI-assisted development, and emerging automation practices.
  • Partner with security and architecture leaders to reinforce secure software development lifecycle practices.
  • Integrate threat modeling, secure design principles, and risk mitigation into technical learning pathways.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Creates internal networks with engineering, architecture, DevOps, security, and product leaders to identify capability gaps and co-create solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to rapidly prototype and iterate learning content.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support technology transformation efforts.

Nimble and Action-Oriented Learning Design

  • Able to design and deliver learning experiences, i.e., presentation, lab-based, workshops, or scenario-driven learning aligned to real engineering workflows.
  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust based on feedback, performance data, and organizational priorities.
  • Operate with urgency, ambiguity, and adaptability in a fast-moving technology environment.

Thought Leadership and Innovation

  • Monitor emerging trends in AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and modern software engineering.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to embed learning within engineering flow of work.
  • Advocate for scalable, role-based enablement strategies aligned to business priorities.

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Mentor and actively collaborate with team members to design, refine, and deliver high-impact technical enablement programs.
  • Provide guidance on advanced facilitation, technical credibility, instructional strategy, and cross-functional partnership.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, peer feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a role model for teamwork, action-oriented execution, and high-impact enablement practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
  • 10+ yrs of xperience.
  • Significant experience delivering advanced technical training to engineering audiences in both classroom and virtual environments.
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple technology stacks and modern development ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of modern development practices, cloud-based architectures, secure software development principles, and foundational cybersecurity concepts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI concepts, AI-assisted development practices, or applied machine learning in engineering environments, including awareness of responsible and secure AI usage.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with engineering leaders, architects, security professionals, and subject matter experts to co-create impactful enablement solutions.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated success working within globally distributed teams across time zones, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style for diverse technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for a global audience.
  • Ability to proactively identify capability gaps, propose solutions, and drive initiatives forward with high ownership and accountability.
  • Experience mentoring peers, fostering collaboration within the training team, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to be in the office three days a week.
  • Willingness and ability to extend working hours into evening hours.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required.
