Software Architect 3

We’re seeking a skilled Software Architect to lead the design of a cloud‑native, LLM‑powered web application that transforms unstructured documents into structured data, ensuring alignment with product and business priorities while collaborating closely with product owners and development teams.

You communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, enabling alignment and effective decision‑making.
You bring broad and deep software engineering experience, strong architectural and modelling skills, and the ability to make timely design decisions and influence teams across multiple technology stacks.
You demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and sound judgment, with a strong commitment to learning, mentoring others, and continuously improving architectural quality.

This role is based in our Kolkata or Hyderabad offices, operating in a hybrid working model. You'll be part of a globally distributed team spanning Europe, India, and the US.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ yrs of experience
• Broad and deep experience of all facets of professional software engineering in multiple technical and commercial environments (we work with Angular, Typescript, and C#)
• Advanced working experience with data structures algorithms and software design

• Advanced working experience in understanding and application of software design patterns, architecture patterns, and quality attributes
• Advanced software modelling skills covering information, domain, process, state, security, logical, and physical architectural views
• Advanced working knowledge and application of modern software development lifecycle processes from product conception through deployment
• Demonstrable experience of communicating effectively through multiple media to persuade and influence others
• Experience, knowledge, and direct development experience of two or more technology stacks
• Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with a variety of cross-functional roles
• Good working level organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Good working level collaboration and negotiation skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
• Good working level leadership, sound judgement, and business acumen skills
• Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
