Job Description

  • The Technical Enablement Specialist 3 is responsible for overseeing the company's software demonstration environments their relevance and incorporating new solutions within them. This position provides assistance and training for the emergent needs of partners customers and the company's employees.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the creation maintance and enhancements of the demonstration environments.
  • Works closely in conjunction with the respective Subject Matter Experts across departments to ensure relevance of the demonstration environments.
  • Provides assistance to team members.
  • Exhibits knowledge and understanding of the solutions within the demonstration environments.
  • Provides training internally and externally as needed.
  • Identifies demonstration environment deficiencies and how to alleviate correct them.
  • Serves as a liason across departments.
  • Creates training collateral and documentation.
  • Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferrably in technology or comparable work experience in related field
  • Experience collaborating across departments
  • Experience providing training and assistance
  • Solid knowledge of and experience utilizing the company's software and technologies used for the demonstration environments
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage projects to completion
  • Excellent collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Demonstrated a strong ability to develop and use engaging informative and compelling presentation methodologies
  • Excels in the ability to speak or write with ease clarity and impact using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
  • Demonstrated a good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus
  • Driven to learn and stay current professionally
  • Good ability to effectively train others
  • Able to demonstrate good analytical skills
  • Up to 20% travel time required
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
