Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global TA team! This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping Hyland’s workforce and fueling our ambitious growth goals.

 

This position will own hiring delivery for Hyland's Go-To-Market orgs supporting Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, including strategic individual contributors and leadership positions. You’ll partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll serve as a strategic partner to our Go-To-Market leadership team in building and maintaining a bar raising GTM organization with consistent bench of ready talent. 

Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM roles, including strategic individual contributors and leadership positions.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to understand business priorities, workforce planning, and role requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier GTM talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, industry events, and creative outreach campaigns.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical GTM roles to support future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Drive diversity recruiting initiatives to ensure inclusive hiring practices and broaden candidate pools.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to align hiring plans with budget and headcount forecasts.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes.
  • Champion Hyland’s employer brand by creating compelling job postings and engaging candidates with our culture and values.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a consultative approach.
  • Stay ahead of GTM talent trends and provide insights that influence recruiting strategies and workforce planning.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related commercial functions, with demonstrated success hiring individual contributor and leadership positions within GTM organizations.
  • Deep understanding of US & Global GTM talent markets, including compensation trends, competitive landscape, and sourcing strategies for high-demand roles.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical GTM positions.
  • Advanced interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills tailored to sales and marketing professionals with variable compensation models.
  • Executive communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders as a strategic advisor on workforce planning and hiring strategies, including proven success building bench hiring programs.
  • Strong data-driven approach, leveraging metrics and analytics to influence decisions and optimize recruiting performance.
  • Experience building, executing and maintaining a GTM Early Career/Campus Recruiting programs is a plus. 
  • Experience hiring across global regions outside of the US is a plus.
