Pipeline, Forecasting & Execution

  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely visibility into regional pipeline, forecast, and revenue performance for executive leadership

  • Oversee partner strategy, including identification, onboarding, performance management, and optimization of reseller and SI ecosystems
  • Collaborate with Services, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery, expansion, and long-term customer value realization

Operational Excellence & Leadership

  • Champion Hyland’s values, ethical standards, and customer-first mindset across all regions
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support corporate initiatives, including M&A integration, new market entry, and strategic growth programs as required

  • International sales leadership experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC markets, with an understanding of regional healthcare systems and procurement models
