Overview

The Partner Business Development Manager 2 is responsible for the growth of the company's partner network and ecosystem including recruiting onboarding and go-to-market efforts for all partner types to drive revenue growth and new market entry.

Responsibilities

  • Review and qualify potential new ISV VAR OEM SI  partnerships
  • Cultivate business relationships between the company and technology partners that compliment the company's solution offerings with oversight from other team members
  • Monitor and track status of prospective partnerships within approrpriate 
  • Prioritize business and technical assistance requests from partners in CRM tools
  • Work with internal teams to modify agreements to accommodate business requirements of the company
  • Coordinate solution demos to validate viability of working with partners from both an architecture and cultural perspective
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track leads through partners; provide direction on appropriate solutions and communicate new sales opportunities to management with oversight of other team members

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales business development strategic alliances or product marketing
  • Experience with Software Solutions or Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
  • Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees and leadership at partner organizations
  • Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
  • Good facilitation and project management skill
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Self-motivated and driven able to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and products
  • Good knowledge of the sales process product capabilities operations and marketing
  • Up to 20% travel time required

 

145,000-175,000 PLN gross per month. The posted pay range represents the company’s good faith estimate for this role. Actual compensation may differ based on relevant experience, skills, education, and work location. 

·         The remuneration includes all components related to the role, such as: 

o    Base salary 

o    Performance-related/Commission bonus eligibility (if applicable to role)
