Overview

The Partner Program Manager 3 is responsible for supporting the company’s partnership programs to include all aspects related to onboarding enablement process improvement and reporting for the global partner community. This position requires a multi-faceted approach to ensure successful adoption of the program across various partner types. The Partner Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the launch of program updates to drive and support change across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all components of a partner enablement program, including onboarding, training, certification, and follow up, to ensure the company sets partners up for success
  • Support the application and management of on-boarding processes for new technology partners, while supporting the company’s overall program and partnership strategy
  • Liaise and collaborate with company’s internal partner team(s) to operationalize program benefits that mutually deliver value for both the company and partners
  • Assist in successful development of systems to establish ongoing communication and feedback loops with partners to ensure consistent delivery of information
  • Execute support delivery by promptly responding to inquiries, capturing feedback and prioritizing program improvements; identify and implement process changes
  • Lead complex projects with multiple partners internally and externally to strengthen partnerships and maximize the benefit for the company and its partners
  • Leverage analytical insights to track, evaluate and improve program initiatives
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to potential partners; develop and maintain strategic working relationships
  • Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree or significant equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in program management, project management, or business development
  • Previous experience with Enterprise Imaging related technologies
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects within budgets and timelines
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly identify problems or areas in need of improvement and implement solutions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, confident speaking to internal and external individuals across all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consume and process large amounts of data into actionable insights
  • Strong ability for delivering a high-bar of satisfaction and support to partners and key stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage partner account data
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and willingness to learn
  • Up to 50% travel required

Remuneration Disclosure: 

  • Starting Base Salary Range: 16,250 - 17,812.50 PLN gross per month. The posted pay range represents the company’s good faith estimate for this role. Actual compensation may differ based on relevant experience, skills, education, and work  
  • Theremuneration includes all components related to the role, such as: 
  • Base salary
  • Performance-related/Commission bonus eligibility (if applicable to role)
