The Regional HR Business Partner serves as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to employees and executive leadership within a designated region, driving alignment between enterprise, function and regional goals and talent strategies. The position plays a critical role in organizational effectiveness by leveraging data to inform region, function, and enterprise-wide HR initiatives, with a focus on commercial growth (GTM) and low-cost region talent sourcing. The Regional HR Business Partner leads region-specific efforts in organizational design, performance management, talent review, compensation, executive coaching, culture, workforce planning, and engagement to deliver high-value and impact HR outcomes.
Leads execution of enterprise and functional talent strategies within region in alignment with business goals and objectives.
Develops regional-specific talent strategies aligned to enterprise and functional talent strategies.
Act as HR partner to in-region executive leaders, influencing at the highest levels to align talent strategies to business objectives and outcomes.
Serves as regional subject matter expert for both 1) Commercial GTM and 2) low-cost resource talent strategies.
Partners with the Global HR Advisory team to identify and transition critical, transactional work; leverages team to ensure work is globally compliant, scalable and adheres to internal SLAs.
Drives execution and at times, leads large-scale organizational design and transformation initiatives to support growth, agility, and scalability.
Architects and drives regional strategic workforce planning in partnership with Finance, Recruiting, and Business Leaders.
Support all HR Rhythm of Business delivery to achieve in-region compliance and desired outcomes for Performance, Compensation, Talent Review, and Engagement delivery.
Leverages data mechanisms for Talent KPI’s and TTI’s (targets to improve) to generate insights and drive evidence-based decisions, facilitating organizational goal achievement through building and retaining a sustainable bench of in-region, high performing, and engaged talent.
Foster close, collaborative partnerships with functionally aligned HRBP Director Team to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and effective execution of HR initiatives.
8+ years progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in a HRBP role supporting multiple countries within a regional structure.
Minimum of 4 years HR experience in global technology sector.
Demonstrated success driving organizational development, talent transformation, and change management.
Strong executive presence, relationship building skills and ability to influence at the highest levels.
Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Strategic thinker with business acumen and agility to shift from vision to execution.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
