Job Description
    The Data Analyst 2 is responsible for understanding business/department needs and goals and creating data-driven analysis and insight to support management decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Perform basic moderate risk analyses in which information about business trends are gathered and analyzed with some oversight from team members
  • Track metrics and/or dashboards
  • Report on findings; summarize analyses into clear concise and effective reports or presentations
  • Perform data integrity audits
  • Compose internal documentation that details processes and findings
  • Regularly provide input on how to improve internal efficiencies; grow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends
  • Provide guidance on how to interpret data
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Data Analyst
  • Demonstrated success in performing analyses
  • Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid project management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong collaborative skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on key issues research gather and integrate information from a variety of sources
  • Strong business and technology acumen
  • Up to 5% travel time required
