The Associate Vice President, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness is a strategic leader helping to drive the evolution of the talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture. This role will lead the design and delivery of integrated programs across talent management, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and culture and engagement. This role will also be pivotal in leading the company’s AI transformation and workforce enablement, ensuring employees are empowered to leverage AI tools and mindsets to enhance innovation, productivity, and collaboration.
As a member of the People leadership team, the role will partner closely with business leaders and HR team to ensure that the organization develops and engages the talent to create a high-performance culture at Hyland.

12+ years of progressive HR experience in Talent Development, Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, or related fields.
5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within a mid-to-large company or high-growth SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide learning, culture and talent development strategy.
Proven experience driving AI transformation, digital enablement, or future work programs.
Strong understanding of AI tools, analytics, and emerging technologies relevant to workforce transformation.
Strong project leadership, business acumen, and change management capabilities.
Familiarity with assessment tools, learning platforms, and performance systems.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or relevant certifications preferred.
