Currently we are looking for the position of Business Continuity Incident Response (BCIR ) Compliance Analyst 2 . We are accepting applications from PAN India as this is a Remote opportunity. 

 

 

The Business Continuity Incident Response (BCIR) Compliance Analyst 2 will assist in performing business impact analysis business continuity planning disaster recovery incident response and exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response plan development throughout the company
  • Assist in performing business impact analysis and risk assessments on essential business functions or information systems to identify recovery strategies and to meet business continuity goals
  • Assist in auditing to assess the company's posture against the legal, regulatory, compliance and industry standards
  • Assist in performing business continuity training for various leadership teams
  • Assist with software procurement/development for business continuity incident response platforms
  • Assist with disaster recovery exercises within the cloud environment as well as with customers
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-departmental stakeholders in creation and coordination of mutual goals

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar preferred
  • Minimum 2 years job experience with business continuity principles
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
  • Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good facilitation and project management skill
  • Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation new ideas and design solutions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good knowledge of systems administration
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and products
  • Up to 10% travel time required
