The Senior Manager Global HR Advisors and Employee Relations is responsible for leading a team of HR Generalists driving operational excellence ensuring compliance across multiple countries and leading case management for complex employee relations matters. The ideal candidate is a builder with deep experience in process reengineering a passion for efficiency and the ability to apply AI-driven solutions to transform HR service delivery in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
• Lead coach and develop a global team of approximately 7–10 HR Generalists ensuring consistent service delivery and high team engagement.
• Lead the team of HR Generalists in supporting frontline managers with performance management compensation workforce planning employee engagement consultation employee separation/ talent transformations and people advising.
• Oversee and operationalize incoming HR generalist requests implementing efficient processes that enhance service quality and speed.
• Ensure adherence to local country labor laws and internal company policies in all generalist activities mitigating compliance risks.
• Analyze incoming HR service requests (tickets) to assess potential risk prioritize critical cases and partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to proactively reduce future case volume through continuous improvement and process reengineering.
• Collaborate with the HR Technology team to identify and implement opportunities for automation including AI-powered tools and solutions to streamline HR processes.
• Prepare and deliver monthly KPI reports to highlight team performance service trends risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead global case management for Employee Relations matters ensuring fair consistent and legally compliant resolution across regions.
• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders legal partners and HR colleagues providing guidance on employee relations strategy and complex case escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a global technology-driven (preferably software/SaaS) company.
• At least 2 years of experience leading global HR teams.
• At least 4 years of direct experience managing Employee Relations matters including complex cross-border cases.
• Strong knowledge of international employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise in process reengineering operational excellence and building scalable HR service delivery models.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve HR processes and drive efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms (Workday preferred).
