Overview

 

We are seeking a hunter-style Account Manager to drive new business growth in Brazil. This role focuses on generating pipeline, acquiring new logos, and building strategic relationships within enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in software or SaaS sales, consultative selling, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal formal training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota.
  • Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities; build relationships with potential customers.
  • Research and identify target accounts in key verticals (Financial Services preferred; Manufacturing and Healthcare also relevant).
  • Leverage industry knowledge to educate prospects on the benefits of Hyland’s Cloud and AI-driven solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) including opportunities, commitments, and significant interactions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Solution Engineers to deliver impactful software demonstrations.
  • Support the RFP process and provide necessary documentation.
  • Ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to implementation; remain engaged throughout onboarding.
  • Provide real-time sales forecasting and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Qualify leads generated by SDRs and proactively source additional leads.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and team performance.
  • Stay informed on market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hunter mindset – proactive in generating pipeline and closing new business.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales; consultative selling background preferred.
  • Experience selling Cloud solutions, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Strong ability to build trust and gain consensus across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory); Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams and departments.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC qualification methodology and CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (São Paulo area).
  • Passion for technology and ability to articulate value propositions around AI and content management.
