The Product Program Manager 3 leads the planning and execution of a portfolio of product launches and high-priority operations projects. This role partners with leaders across functions to define strategies implement process improvements and deliver outcomes that enhance efficiency and customer impact.
Lead the planning and management of multiple product launches and product management operations initiatives simultaneously.
Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize launch activities and product operations projects based on business goals.
Define and maintain program roadmaps success metrics and reporting to track progress against objectives.
Identify communicate and resolve cross-team dependencies risks and issues.
Implement standardized launch and operational processes across product teams.
Provide coaching and guidance to product managers and program stakeholders on best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability.
Conduct retrospectives on launches and programs to capture lessons learned and inform continuous improvement.
Contribute thought leadership to enhance product operations practices and tools.
Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Three years of professional experience as a project manager
CAPM or PMP Certification is a plus but not required
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong leadership sound judgement and business acumen skills
Strong facilitation and project management skill
Strong interpersonal skills: able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
Strong data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight
Able to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
Strong ability to develop and use engaging informative and compelling presentation methodologies
Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact

Strong with Atlassian suite (Jira Confluence)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
Up to 5% travel time required
