The Manager Sales Engineers is responsible for coaching motivating and managing a team of technical sales professionals who are responsible for assisting the Sales team in winning new customers and maximizing revenue. This position manages the technical sales process; supporting the uncovering and closing of opportunities by ensuring sales teams have support in necessary RFPs customer meetings presentations and demonstrations. This role acts as a coach and mentor and will work closely with their team to set objectives inspect and measure performance and reward productivity. The Manager Sales Engineers is also responsible for driving process improvements and efficiencies inside of the Technical Sales group.
