Overview

The Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Design and implement automation components in Python, writing clean, tested, and scalable code.
  • Participate in technical design to analyze and translate functional requirements into design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring automation stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Security to ensure security and compliance within the automation, and support Cloud Operations in their use of automation to maintain customer environments.
  • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with experience in data structures, algorithms, software design, and continuous software delivery.
  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including Python and Java, with a focus on writing clean, tested, and scalable code.
  • Experience with cloud technologies including AWS and GCP, along with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Good oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor, along with good collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion, working both independently and within a team environment with good attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting customers in self-service deployments and troubleshooting in a cloud environment.

Pay Transparency

Starting Base Salary Range: 9,000 – 12,500 PLN gross per month. The posted pay range represents the company's good faith estimate for this role. Actual compensation may differ based on relevant experience, skills, education, and work location. The remuneration includes all components related to the role, such as:

  • Base Salary
  • Performance-related/Commission bonus eligibility (if applicable to role)
